There are many art installations to be seen across the city.  Some are in buildings and many more in outside spaces.  These art pieces range from sculpture to wall images and kinetic works of art.  Many of these pieces have been provided by institutions, business and individual citizens.  In addition, the City of Whittier acquires new art pieces through fees required by major developers to support their "Art in Public Places" program.
